I came here before with my mom to get a proper and full experience of their regular pedi, and it was done by one of the guys who took his time. We were really satisfied then. But the second time we went (probably about 2.5 hours before they close), we waited about 40 mins for them to call her over to do her pedi, and only did a 10 mins pedi. My mom said there was no massage at all, no proper filing (she has a bad toe nail that they usually file down but barely even touched it this time), but it was probably just because she declined putting any polish at all on her toes. Or because they felt like they were cutting it too close to closing time. But we left their salon around 6:33pm. They had an entire hour, and only two clients after us while there was 5 people working in there. I’m quite upset that we still paid the full price for a regular pedi and didn’t get the full experience that she got the first time.

I came yesterday and had a beautiful set done by Mia. She had amazing attention to detail and really took her time to replicate my reference picture from Pinterest. Although I usually do my own nails at home (I'm particular and like to save money), I had a wonderful experience at this salon which spared me many hours of labor and left completely satisfied. Mia was very sweet so don't be afraid to say how you prefer your nails to come out. I'll definitely be returning! In comparison to other nail salons in this area, the girls are well-versed in modern nail trends, aren't heavy handed with the gel application, and the biggest plus for me is the lack of scent! There was little to no odor of acrylic, gel, or acetone in the salon so the products they're using are high quality. Pricing is very fair given what I got done for my occasion.

Been coming to this nail shop since it opened and Sarah is a great person. She has a great team who always delivers on nails. I always go in with a picture and they make it look exact. These are just some of the beautiful sets they have done for me. She also doesn’t charge too much, for the work and time it takes, it’s always a fair price!

This was my first time at this salon. I was hesitant to try this salon, I regret not listening to my instincts. I asked for an almond shape for my nails, but the technician gave me two to three different shapes (square, round, square-round) and length on my left hand. Despite my instructions for reshaping, he filed my nails too short, and they still didn't match the shape I wanted. The top coat on my ring finger didn't dry properly, resulting in stringy rough polish. Surprisingly, my right hand was done better, even though those nails were shorter and broken. I paid $44 plus a $6 tip but left unhappy and in tears. These were supposed to be my vacation nails, and it took months to grow them out after many years. Upon reading reviews, it’s clear that only Sarah, the owner, has consistently good feedback among the four technicians. This lowers your chances of having a satisfactory experience unless you book with her. They also charge $5 for special shapes. I wouldn’t recommend this salon and won’t revisit. The salon may look nice and smell fresh, but it’s disorganized and the service is subpar. This experience has reinforced my loyalty to my regular salon. This is the first time I have gotten my nails done and have felt this unhappy and dissatisfied. I feel like I wasted my time and money. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Sarah is the best hands down! She pays attention to detail, takes her time and is very accommodating! Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a good nail tech for a reasonable price. Every time I visit from Florida, I make sure to see her and give my nails the TLC they need!
